Welcome to our peacefully located house.

Our house is situated a bit outside the village (5 minutes by car) in a very quiet location – in the middle of the forest - with a large sunny lawn.
In summer, you can reach our lake after just 4 km, which offers a refreshing cool down – along with an adventurous circular hike.
A hiking trail leads from our house along the creek towards the village center - or to the lake.

There are many books and informational materials available for your outings – plenty of toys are provided for children.
For warm evenings, a beautiful sun terrace awaits you - complete with a grill and garden house.

In winter, the Faistenau-Hintersee cross-country skiing area awaits you.
Skiing, snowboarding, and ski touring - as well as a ski school and ski/snowboard equipment rental can be found nearby.

Next to our house, there is a large hill - perfect for children to go sledding.

2 double rooms and 1 triple room:
The rooms are located on the first floor. The triple room comes with a balcony.

Prices (per person per day / minimum stay 3 nights):
June - September: from € 28.00 including breakfast (Price depending on breakfast selection)
October - May: from € 30.00 including breakfast (Price depending on breakfast selection)

Children up to 10 years only pay half.
Children up to 3 years are free.

All prices include tax, excluding local tax (€ 2.00 from 15 years).

Our apartment is located on the entire first floor, featuring 4 rooms and a large lounge with TV (total 115 m²) with 2 balconies. Guest refrigerator and electric stove. Use of tumble dryer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Bed arrangement:
2 double rooms
1 three-bed room with balcony
1 children's room with two beds - including a balcony

Prices (per holiday apartment per day / minimum stay 4 nights):
June - September: 4 to 9 persons € 70.00 - € 153.00
October - May: 4 to 9 persons € 90.00 - € 180.00
Final cleaning: € 30.00
