Int. Dogsled race in Hintersee

The international sled dog race unfortunately had to be canceled due to heavy rains. However, mushers, dogs, and clubs are on site braving the weather and hosting a morning gathering. Parking at Satzstein in Hintersee.

Fascination sled dogs in Hintersee

From January 30 to 31, 2027, Hintersee will once again become the meeting point for sled dog enthusiasts from all over Europe. The International Sled Dog Race promises excitement and enthusiasm for both spectators and participants. Numerous international top mushers and their teams are expected.

The races will start at 10 a.m. on both days and promise thrilling competitions.

The "Feichtnstoa Teifin" will provide snacks and hot drinks to refuel in between. Come to Hintersee and spend a very special day with your family, full of exciting competitions and fascinating insights into the world of sled dogs!

On Friday evening, a warm-up party with DJ Chris invites you to join in for a cozy start to the race weekend in Hintersee.

Notes:
Utilize the marked parking spaces in front of the town center – a shuttle bus will take you directly to the racing events!
Due to animal welfare regulations, visitor dogs are not allowed in the pit area or along the track (at least 5 meters distance)!
Leash requirement is strictly enforced! Thank you for your understanding!
