Die Hundsmarktmühle

The Hundsmarktmühle, which dates back to the 16th century, is located on the hiking trail around Lake Fuschl in charming surroundings. It was first mentioned in a document in 1570 as "Mühle am Gailnbach". In 1989, the property was acquired by the market town of Thalgau, restored into a museum and versatile event venue and opened in 1994.

As a venue for cultural events, the building provides the ideal setting for concerts, readings and art exhibitions. The latest cultural programme can always be found on the Hundsmarktmühle website at www.diehundsmarktmuehle.at.

Weddings at the Hundsmarktmühle

The Hundsmarktmühle is the perfect venue for civil wedding ceremonies. In such cases, the registrar from the market town of Thalgau conducts the ceremony directly at the mill.
