For your holiday in the summertime

FUSCHLERIN - A boat trip on the Fuschlsee
A silent trip where you glide over the lake and past dreamy little bays.
In dry conditions and by normal winds the boat takes you from the lakeside promenade to the Castle of Fuschl and back again.

RUMING MILL - Lucky place and refreshment stop
At the 150-year-old Ruming Mill you have the chance to meditate and replenish your spiritual energy in an unique surrounding. In the summertime landlady Daniela opens the doors three times a week to serve snacks and freshly made bread.

FUSCHLSEEBAD - Open air bath
The location and the excellent water quality of lake Fuschlsee invite you to go swimming in the Fuschlseebad. 250 metres of natural bathing beach is not the only offer there. You will find a giant slide into the lake, a children’s sand bay, a children's pool, large lawns with shady trees, a heated sport pool with Jacuzzi jets and indoor access and a rest lounge which can be booked for events.
In the Fuschlseebad there is also a sport area, a sauna world and a fitness centre.

THE GNOMES PATH "Join our gnome Willibald on his journey"
The gnome path is a lovely walk for families with children passing by the herb garden and the watermill Rumingmühle.

KNEIPP-HERB GARDEN - On your way to the  Ruming mill
In the direction of the Ruming mill you pass the herb garden which was established in 2002 by Mrs. Hermi Wesenauer. Now her garden contains more than 140 herbs and plants. She is also able to give you tips for every plant she has.

WESENAUER BEACH - Nature & Wellness
The natural beach is located on the southern shore of the Fuschlsee and offers you large lawns, a playground, volleyball, trampoline, kayaks, rowingboats and much more things for families and sportsmen.


For your holiday in the wintertime

SLEIGH RIDE - Though the snow covered  Ellmau valley.
The trip starts at the Hotel Ebner's Waldhof and leads though the winter landscape of Fuschl am See and into the romantic valley of the Ellmau.

ADVENT BAZAAR - Small and fine
From 6th to 8th December in the marvellous winterly village square of Fuschl am See. Here your will find homemade handicrafts and culinary delights for Christmas.

BY CAR:

from Vienna:
Take the motorway (A1) towards Linz and then the exit Mondsee and follow the street to St. Gilgen. In St. Gilgen take the first exit at the roundabout and follow the B158 to Fuschl am See.

from Munich:
Take the motorway (A8) towards Salzburg, bypass Salzburg (A1) towards Vienna and then take the exit Thalgau to Hof bei Salzburg. At the first and second roundabout take the second exits to Fuschl am See (B158).

from South of Austria:
Take the motorway (A10) towards Salzburg; there further on towards Vienna (A1), bypass Salzburg and then take the exit Thalgau to Hof bei Salzburg; at the two roundabouts take the second exit to Fuschl am See (B158).

Salzburg main station,
continue to Fuschl am See by bus nr. 150 towards "Bad Ischl"

The bus from Salzburg to Fuschl am See takes about 40 mins.

During the week hourly bus service; weekends and Bank holidays every 2 hours.

BY PLANE:

Salzburg airport;
Further journey take bus nr. 2 from airport to main station and change there to regional bus nr. 150 towards Bad Ischl. After approx. 40 mins. you arrive in Fuschl am See.

Munich airport;
Take the train into Munich and change for Salzburg. At Salzburg station change to regional bus nr. 150 towards Bad Ischl. After approx. 40 mins. you arrive in Fuschl am See.
