A warm welcome to our family guest house Haus Wenger!
Our house lies in the area of Vordersee with a bus stop and a shop as well as a Café-Winery (with over 200 different wines) under the same roof.
We have 4 comfortable double rooms, each with balcony (expect two rooms) as well as shower/WC and TV. You will also be spoiled by us with a rich breakfast.
Table tennis, a fridge for guests and a cosy lounge are availale for our guests. Within just a 5 minute walk you are at the beautiful Lake Hintersee, the starting-point for many lovely walks.
New to our house is the CaVino with large wine cellar and sunny terrace. Here is a cosy Café with home-made cakes and wine tasting.
Furthermore within a 5 minute drive you can reach the cross-country trails.

By car: Arrival via the West motorway A1, junction Thalgau. Follow the main road (B 158) in direction to Hof bei Salzburg until you reach the traffic circle “Baderluck”. At the first junction turn into the main road (Hinterseestraße) and after a few kilometers you reach your holiday destination Faistenau. Follow the main road (Hinterseestraße) until you reach the district "Vordersee". There on the left side you find the guesthouse "Wenger"! With the Postbus From Salzburgs bus station, opposite the train station, there is a good bus connection into the Fuschlsee region and also to Faistenau.
