Boat Trip on “Fuschlerin“ Barge
The "Fuschlerin" is a barge which glides quietly across the crystal clear lake, past countless bays and
the world famous Fuschl Castle, where the boat anchors at the nearby fishery.
The romantic charm of Lake Fuschl will capture you before you reach the eastern bay in Fuschl am See.
A schedule is available at the local tourist information office or posted along the lakeside promenade.
For special occasions, you can rent the festive barge "Fuschlerin II" by arrangement at Hotel Ebner's Waldhof.
Park at the Fuschlseebad parking lot. Walk towards the village centre, turn left at Hotel Seerose and follow the narrow path along the lake to the promeade where the Zille (=barge) dock is located.
The Fuschlsee ship sails only in dry weather and normal wind conditions.
