Ashtanga yoga is a philosophy of life, a mindset, a journey whose goal is to find oneself and is suitable for anyone who feels drawn to its content.
In its final form, Ashtanga yoga is a very dynamic and powerful form of yoga. However, the level of dynamism should be adjusted to individual needs.
In the yoga sessions, the sequence of asanas from the Ashtanga Series 1 is predominantly used, but Margit also incorporates elements from other yoga styles and Spiral Dynamics.
With breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation techniques, anti-stress exercises, and gentle asana practice, we move into deceleration.
This helps you reconnect with yourself, find peace, and tap into your strength.
Learn to perceive and control your breath. Deep breathing positively influences our bodily functions in a cleansing way, has a calming effect on our nervous system, and brings our mind to rest.
Anti-stress exercises, mantras, gentle and harmonizing asanas from Hormone Yoga by Dinah Rodrigues, and asanas from Yin Yoga complement the yoga sessions.
