Course info: Embark on a sweet journey of enjoyment through the alpine peasant kitchen and discover traditional recipes that are full of flavor, craftsmanship, and a sense of home. Together we will prepare delicious classics: Buchteln with powidl, pulled milk cream strudel with vanilla sauce, sweet potato schupfnudeln with Waldviertel gray poppy, Pinzgau cheese noodles with lingonberry compote, homemade Veltliner apple ice cream with Szechuan pepper, yogurt dumplings with forest fruits, and concluding with the incomparable Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote. A course for connoisseurs who love the craftsmanship and sweet traditions of alpine cuisine – authentic, delicious, and made with a lot of heart.
