SUP CAMP PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE (preliminary program)

for SUP enthusiasts from near and far (bookable with or without overnight stay) - also bookable by the day

Thursday Afternoon:

• Start: 1:00 PM - get together at Hotel Seerose at Fuschlsee
  SUP TECHNIQUE at the hotel beach - equipment knowledge, paddle techniques, theory, and more.
• SUP PHYSIOTHERAPY session: Find the right posture on the SUP to maximize your performance and sustainably support your musculoskeletal system!
• TESTING OPPORTUNITIES of various boards (including hardboards) & paddles and SUP accessories from selected brands
• GROUP PADDLE SESSION on the SUP (Focus - perfect basic stroke, foundational for the following days)
• End around 6:00 PM
• JOINT DINNER at Hotel Seerose (optional for externals)

Friday/Saturday

• Yoga at the pier or indoors (depending on weather)
• Subsequently, WHOLEFOOD BREAKFAST at the hotel (optional for externals)
• Around 10:00 AM SUP SESSION with Mika Mayerhofer and the SUP BOX Team (Focus on paddle techniques)
• Lunch break
• Afternoon: SUP SESSION with MIKA MAYERHOFER and the SUP BOX Team (Focus: learning turning, Pivot Turns & turning techniques in general, individual guidance for perfect technique, ideal posture, FUN on SUP)
• JOINT DINNER at Hotel Seerose (optional for externals)
• VIDEO ANALYSIS after dinner & come together

Sunday:

• cozy BREAKFAST at Hotel Seerose (optional for externals)
• joint WARM UP at the hotel’s private beach
• SUP RUGBY - this will be a mega fun & now the techniques learned will really come into play
• small joint CLOSING SUP TOUR & we say thank you for 4 wonderful SUP camp days at Fuschlsee
• End around 2:00 PM
