In 5 sessions, the focus is on the mobilization, strengthening, and relaxation of the thoracic spine and cervical spine.

Especially in times of sitting a lot, screen work, and stress, shoulders and neck can quickly become tense. With targeted exercises we prevent postural damage, improve our posture, and create more ease in the upper back.
