Welcome to Ladau, a district of the municipality of Koppl! Our spacious holiday apartment is located in a quiet area in the midst of our 3-generation farm. Beautiful hiking areas and picturesque swimming lakes are reachable within a few kilometers. We are also a great starting point for cycling tours. In winter, you are not far from various cross-country skiing trails. The many Christmas markets, such as those in the city of Salzburg, St. Wolfgang, St. Gilgen, or Strobl, are also just a few kilometers away. Our surroundings are characterized by vibrant rural life. This includes occasional sounds from playing children, animal residents of the farm, as well as agricultural activities. We, and our guests, greatly appreciate this atmosphere.

Cancellation policy:
- up to 22 days before the start of the trip: no cancellation fees
- from 21 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 30% cancellation fees
- from 14 to 8 days before the start of the trip: 50% cancellation fees
- from 7 days until the day of arrival: 85% cancellation fees
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid 21 days before arrival - only with the deposit is the booking guaranteed. The remaining amount can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash on site. Payment by card is not possible.
