We are your vacation home in the PaRADise Fuschl am See for active vacationers and summer tourists.

Spend your holiday in our fully equipped holiday apartments with a rooftop terrace/lake view (for 1 - 4 people), with a terrace & covered terrace (for 1 - 2 people), or with two balconies + (roof) terrace (for 1 - 2 people).

We offer you an optional daily delivery of fresh rolls and will hang your order on your apartment door by 8 a.m. Additionally, Nespresso capsules (Nespresso machine available in each holiday apartment!) can be purchased in the house. Furthermore, you can order drinks from our wine & beer menu to your apartments at any time. All costs are based on consumption.

The house is located in a completely quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the town center, and 8 minutes' walk to the lake. In front of the house, there are covered parking spaces on the private property for each holiday apartment. E-charging station (for a fee) available.

From Fuschl am See, situated in the beautiful Salzkammergut, you have a wide range of possibilities to enjoy a wonderful landscape with lakes and mountains, both in winter and summer. The Fuschlsee, with its drinking water quality, is just an 8-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Due to the proximity to the city of Salzburg, all cultural opportunities are open to you.

If you want, we are also happy to explore the stunning Salzkammergut and Salzburg Land together with you, with its countless mountains and lakes! And all of this is right from the doorstep of our top holiday apartments with individually tailored activity programs for you.

For this, we offer guided road bike tours, personal training, and a bike rental with high-quality racing bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, as well as e-MTBs, along with a massage service in the house.

Want more variety? Then we will plan a customized active vacation for you here in our house, with the possibility of combining our bike tours with hiking, wellness and/or massages, as well as diving and SUP days on our crystal-clear Fuschlsee.
