Welcome to the Vorderbaernau farm!

Welcome to the farm "Vorderbärnau", beautifully situated at an altitude of 800 meters and surrounded by the impressive mountain panorama of the Osterhorn group.
With us, you can enjoy an active yet relaxing winter holiday. Look forward to cross-country skiing, sledding, ski touring, snow tubing, and winter hiking in a quiet, picturesque setting.
Just a few minutes away from us, you will find various small natural snow slopes suitable for every skiing level. In addition, attractions such as the Mozart city of Salzburg, the Wolfgangsee area, and Bad Ischl are only about 30 minutes away.
To relax after a day in the snow, we offer you a choice of saunas: organic, steam, or infrared sauna. Our new Swiss pine wood rooms, equipped with pillows filled with Swiss pine shavings – known for their relaxing effect – ensure a restful sleep.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast of organic farm products like milk, yogurt, honey from our bees, and homemade jam.
