Welcome to the family friendly House Nussbaumer!
Surrounded by fields and mountains, our house lies approx. 10 minutes from the centre of the village. We have one holiday flatlet for 2 - 5 people with 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. For breakfast we can organize rolles for you. Parking in front of the house. We also offer you free entrance to the public beach Fuschlseebad in Fuschl am See or enjoy the sunny hours in a sun chair in our garden. On the field in front of our house the children can play table tennis, volleyball, badminton but also games are available. At nice summer evenings you can use the barbecue possiblity. We look forward to your visit.

Our roomy apartment equiped with light furniture made of wood, lies on the 1st floor. Between 4-5 persons can sleep in 3 separate bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 triple room), 1 extra bed for a child is possible. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony lies on the southside of the apartment. In the living room there is a couch, a dining table, a roomy cupboard, television,... The kitchen is equiped with kitchenware, microwave, electric range, refrigerator and coffee maker. Bed and table linen is available.

Accessibility / arrivalby car:
from Vienna: motorway (A1) in direction of Linz & Salzburg - take the exit Mondsee - further on the federal street to St. Gilgen - then the federal street (B158) to Fuschl am See from Munich: motorway in direction of Salzburg - at Salzburg take the motorway (A1) in direction of Vienna - take the exit Thalgau - further on the federal street to "Hof" and "Fuschl" - at the round-about take the federal street to "Hof" & "Fuschl" (not direction of Salzburg) - then always straight ahead to Fuschl am See How to get to our house: at the village drive further on in direction "St. Gilgen", passing by the fire station, after 2 - 3 minutes you have to turn left. Our house lies on a little hill.
by train:
from Vienna: train station Salzburg and then with the regional bus "Bad Ischl" to Fuschl am See from Germany: train station Salzburg and regional bus "Bad Ischl" to Fuschl am See Monday to Friday: every hour weekends: every two hours On request we pick you up at the busstop "Fuschl am See centre".
by plane:
Airport Salzburg (then bus Nr. 2 to the train station Salzburg and from there with the regional bus "Bad Ischl" to Fuschl am See) or Airport Munich (then train to Salzburg and from there with the regional bus "Bad Ischl" to Fuschl am See)
