Thus, the Trachtenmusikkapelle -short TMK- Hof has the task in the community to bring music closer to the people, to promote music and communities, to accompany religious and secular events, and to express feelings through music during both joyful and sad occasions. Our goals are to connect tradition with the new, to rely on proven methods, and to seek out the new. We are a dynamic association that is goal-oriented and built on friendship and camaraderie. How wonderful it often is to listen to music! How much more wonderful must it be to make music oneself? Active music preservation and creative music-making serve personal development and meaningful leisure activities.
