Smoking with Local Herbs

Smoking connects us with our roots. It is a return to the holistic nature of human existence – to body, mind, and soul. One smokes in gratitude and blessing, for the energetic cleansing of home and yard, for harmonization, during illness or letting go processes; in all situations in life, one experiences support from the treasures of nature and from the angels and spiritual beings of heaven.

On this evening, we will rediscover and smoke widely used local herbs. It is not the rare plant species that matter, but what grows right outside our door is exactly what we need. Nature selflessly provides it for us. We only need the willingness and to be open to the earthy and heavenly gifts. At the end, we will prepare a smoking mixture and make ourselves a smudge stick.
