There are many family-friendly hiking trails. The gnome path in Fuschl am See is a lovely designed walk for children and adults.  On the fairytale hiking trail to the Hatzenalm in Tiefbrunnau, a heart-warming story leads from the valley up to the hut.

Along the mill hiking trail with its impressive waterfall we look at old mills and meet fabulous fairy tale creatures here as well.
