Under the motto "Austrian-Bavarian Friendship," the new meeting point combines Bavarian beer garden culture with culinary specialties from the Salzkammergut.
The new beer garden is more than a culinary expansion – it is a place to enjoy and sit together for people from the region and guests from all over the world. The cozy meeting spot offers around 100 seats, and the view over the hotel grounds towards the mountains and Lake Fuschl makes the experience perfect.
On the menu, guests can expect hearty classics from the region, such as a Salzburg sausage salad with boiled egg, red onions, and robust farmhouse bread, or the popular white sausage from the traditional butcher Ablinger from Oberndorf, served in style with sweet mustard and a fresh pretzel. Additionally, there is creamy Obatzda with chives, a spicy Liptauer bread with paprika, or a warm meatloaf in a bun, accompanied by mustard, horseradish, and pepperoni, just the right thing after a walk by the lake.
The food offerings are intentionally down-to-earth and focused on quality: fresh, regional, and without much frills.
In addition, there are selected Stiegl beers and beer specialties from the Munich Paulaner Brewery, such as freshly tapped Paulaner Helles and wheat beer, as well as non-alcoholic refreshments. Orders are placed in a self-service style, in the spirit of uncomplicated and sociable togetherness.
