Meeting point Fuschlseebad. Guided Winter Swimming at Fuschlsee ----------------------------------- Immerse yourself in a special winter experience at Fuschlsee! In the guided winter swimming session, you will learn simple breathing techniques and receive valuable tips for safely immersing yourself in cold water. Conscious breathing and immersion offer a clear, energized start to the day. Afterwards, warm changing rooms, a hot shower, and a cup of tea await you. Participation € 10 p. P., bookable at the tourism association up to 1 hour before the event or online, from 2 persons. Experience the powerful energy of diving into ice-cold water! In a group, the entrance is easier – and the cold becomes a source of new energy. Through targeted breathing and body exercises, you will learn to utilize the cold as a natural force. The immune system is strengthened, circulation is promoted, and the mind finds peace – an experience that brings body and soul into harmony: refreshing, invigorating, liberating. Step by step, Doris Voithofer, an experienced winter swimming guide and waterwoman, will accompany you through this special experience with knowledge, mindfulness, and motivation. To warm up, a soothing cup of tea awaits afterwards – the perfect conclusion to this fresh morning experience. **Note:** Winter swimming is an intensive experience for the body and circulation.
