“Homemade veal Mettenwurst!”
In this course you will stand at the meat grinder and cutter yourself and then fill the white gold (sausage meat) into the sheep's mushrooms. After the tasting, you take 2 kg (approx. 15 pairs) of finished Metten sausages home with you.
