Salzburgs unique bakery with 100% biological product line

The Itzlinger bakery existis since 1983. The founder of the bakery is Jakob Itzlinger.

All the product are hand made with the private recipes of the family.

You can have a look at the bakery every wednesday afternoon.

Our bread is available in selected shops and at Salzburg's markets:

Green Market/University Square: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 6.30 a.m. to 6 p.m and Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Schranne/Schranne Organic Market: Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m

Kajetanerplatz: Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Borromeo Point: Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m

Max Reinhardt Square: Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m

Kornsteinplatz/Hallein: Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
