Thanks to the convenient location, both hiking and lake areas as well as the attractions of the city of Salzburg can be easily and quickly reached by car and public transport in just 15 minutes to Mirabellplatz by bus or by car to the Hofer natural bathing area at Fuschlsee. The house is almost 80 years old and was renovated this year. As far as we could, we preserved original parts of the house and furnishings. Therefore, it may be that some doors show signs of everyday use and the stairs to the upper floor creak. We are particularly proud of the bench, armchair, and table in the kitchen - an original from my great-grandfather. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, an adjacent living room, bathroom, and toilet. For a cozy breakfast, a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a toaster are available. You can buy pastries, milk, eggs & co about 100 meters away at our local supplier Lang (\"Tankstelle Lang\") or in the neighboring village of Koppl at \"Nah und Frisch\" Eva Pichler. 10 capsules for the Nespresso machine are available. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower with overhead shower. We provide our guests with towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The furnishings of the bedrooms are varied - with a four-poster bed and balcony, a Joka sofa bed, or a bunk bed. The two south-facing bedrooms are accessible via a connecting door. The bunk bed offers children and adults a restful sleep.
