Welcome to our peacefully situated house. Our house is located a bit outside the village (5 minutes by car) in a very quiet area - in the middle of the forest - with a large sunny lawn. In the summer, you can reach our lake after only 4 km, which offers a refreshing dip - along with an adventurous round hiking trail. A hiking path leads from our house along the stream towards the town center - or to the lake. Many books and informational materials for your excursions are available – plenty of toys are provided for children. For warm evenings, a wonderful sun terrace awaits you - with a grill and garden house. In winter, the Faistenau-Hintersee cross-country skiing area awaits you. Skiing, snowboarding, and ski touring - along with ski school and ski/snowboard equipment rental are available nearby. Next to our house, there is a large hill - perfect for children to go sledding. **Apartment:** On the entire 1st floor, you will find our apartment with 4 rooms and a large lounge with TV (a total of 115 m²) with 2 balconies.
