In spring, the meadows are fertilised with manure, in summer the hay is harvested, which is then fed to our herd of cattle in winter. As the size of our farm is very well balanced with the number of cattle, we do not have to buy any additional hay or other external goods or bring them into the farm. This means that there is no ‘overproduction’. Nevertheless, it is our primary goal to offer as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase a regional and high-quality mixed package of calved young cattle. For this reason, we market all young cattle from our farm ourselves, directly to the end customer.
