The pigs are fed exclusively with grain and grass silage in organic quality. As a result, they grow more slowly, have compact meat with a fine grain with low cooking and roasting losses. The high organic standards are strictly checked. After slaughter, the pork halves are cut ready for cooking and delivered in the refrigerated truck.
