The Filbling lake is. The lake lies on the boarder to Fuschl am See and Faistenau on 1307 meter high Filbling. Filbling lake is situated away from the heavily frequented hiking paths. If you're looking for a hut you won't find one. It's the perfect place to let the daily routine behind enjoying the silence in the wildness. There are a lot walking paths which bring you to the Filblingsee. From the Steinbräu in Tiefbrunnau up on hiking path nr. 40 pass the Sattelalm to the Filblingsee. Another way would be from the patrol station in Faistenau, around the Schiedhorn and back to the Filblingsee. Have fun!
