Tauplitzalm Sightseeing Train

At an altitude of 1,650 metres you arrive at one of the most beautiful high alpine pastures in the Salzkammergut.
6 mountain lakes, alpine huts, grazing animals and several serviced guesthouses can be visited. This is a magnificent hiking area for the whole family, and a perfect destination for group excursions. The round trip begins at the end of the Tauplitz alpine route (Hollhaus parking area) and it takes about one hour to cross the pasture area.
