Here you will find an explanation for water-treading and arm baths which help to revitalise your circulation - a method practiced by Sebastian Kneipp. Please read the instructions carefully (English instructions are to be found on the rear of the notice boards) and tread the waters like a stork, or cool yourself with an arm bath but do not do both at the same time.
