We are your holiday domicile in PARADies Fuschl am See for active holidaymakers and summer visitors

Spend your vacation in our well-equipped holiday apartments with a roof terrace/lake view (for 1-4 people), with a garden/terrace (for 1-3 people) or with two balconies (for 1-2 people).

We offer you an optional daily fresh roll service and we can hang your order on your apartment door by 8 a.m. Costs: per roll between € 0.80 - € 1.75; payable on site, daily after ordering. In addition, Nespresso capsules (Nespresso machine available in every apartment!) can be purchased in the house. In addition, you can order drinks from our wine and beer menu in your apartment at any time, costs according to consumption.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location, 5 minutes' walk from the town center and less than 10 minutes' walk from the lake. In front of the house there are parking spaces for each apartment on the private property.

From Fuschl am See, in the middle of the beautiful Salzkammergut, you have a wide variety of opportunities to enjoy a wonderful landscape with lakes and mountains - in winter as well as in summer. Lake Fuschl with its drinking water quality is just an 8-minute walk away, or a 2-minute drive by car. Due to the proximity to the city of Salzburg, all cultural opportunities are open.

If you want, we would also be happy to discover the fantastically beautiful Salzkammergut and Salzburger Land with its countless mountains and lakes with you! And all this right from the front door of our top holiday apartments with activity programs individually put together for you.

We offer you optional guided racing bike tours as well as personal training and bike rental with high-quality racing bikes, gravel bikes, MTBs and E-MTBs.

You want more variety? Then we plan an individually tailored active holiday for you in our house with the opportunity to combine our bike rides with hiking, diving and SUP days on our crystal-clear Lake Fuschl.
