Bathing beaches on Lake Hintersee

At the idyllic Lake Hintersee relax at the public beach or at one of the many free bathing areas.

Lake Hintersee enjoys the reputation of being one of the most versitile lakes in the Salzkammergut. The 5 km walk around the lake has many little bays where you can rest and is possible with a pram. Also there are two public bathing areas at Lake Hinteresee.
