Autumn returns to the Fuschlsee Region

Yodelers, singers, horn players and music groups all get together at over 2000 events in 73 resorts to celebrate the festivities of the Farmer´s Harvest Festival. Perhaps combine these festivities in the Fuschlsee Region with an unforgettable hike or cycle tour. Everywhere in the SalzburgerLand guests are surprised at the variety of typical dishes from the region, traditional hand crafts and different dances and songs. In each district and every valley there is something new to be discovered. Join in with the singing and dancing for in the Salzburger Harvest Festival “tackle and try” is the motto. In museums of local history, the origins of farming life are shown where old life stories, tools and equipment, traditions and customs are explained.

Farmer's Autumn Harvest time in SalzburgerLand is also a good time to go hiking. Well-marked trails to 550 pastures, which leads you to mountains, mountain peak and lakes in the SalzburgerLand.
